To ensure user safety, OMRON provides its own products with easy-to-understand instructions and clear warning indications. OMRON also strives to offer comprehensive, appropriate information that provides guidance and suggestions for safe and correct usage.
To enable customers to make correct judgments in the purchase, use and disposal of products/services, careful consideration is given to which information should be included in specifications, instruction manuals, leaflets and the website, as well as the method of information delivery. As for product defects defined by the Product Liability (PL) Law, in particular, OMRON has established basic PLP regulations to prevent PL accidents for products manufactured and sold by OMRON and ensure the supply of highly safe products.
